Do you need more clients for your space? Is your space sometimes vacant? Don't worry, you can add the space to our services. The addition doesn´t cost anything. There is only a small commission fee for booking the space. Kliffa consists of 3 services: Kliffa Basic, Kliffa Open and Kliffa Hybrid.
What is Kliffa Basic?
Kliffa Basic is an internal space booking system. The space can only be booked by a limited user group. The space is often a sauna, clubroom or laundry.
What is Kliffa Open?
Kliffa Open is a public space booking system. Anyone can book the space. The space is often a clubroom, sauna or team room.
What is Kliffa Hybrid?
Kliffa Hybrid includes both above mentioned services. You can put a lower price on the space for the internal user group and a higher price for anyone outside the group.

HOW DOES IT WORK:
SPACE CHECKING
We will check out the landlord and the space before the space is added to the service.
ADDING THE SPACE TO OUR SERVICE
Choose photographs and prepare a rental advertisement to the service.
SMART LOCKS INSTALLATION
If you wish, you can add smart locks to the space. High-profile smart locks make using the space more secure and more flexible. Direct access from the door by using the phone or a pin code.
